POLYETHYLENE FOAM

Laminated Polyethylene Foam also known as PE Foam, Polylam, PE Plank or Polyfoam.

Our PE Foam is 2.2 PCF (medium density range)
*PCF - Pounds Per Cubic Foot

It is water resistant, lightweight yet firm. Widely used as a protective padding for packing sensitive items. PE foam can also be used as a support core material for mattresses, cushions and soft-play blocks. Take note that PE foam is not as resilient like PU foam therefore its lifespan ranges between 2 - 3 years of heavy use.

Foam is sold in sheets and pre-cuts.

Sheets : 25/50mm x 1000mm x 2000mm
